Wholesale Ordering Policies
We sell wholesale only to verified health businesses and practitioners. Please demonstrate your eligibility by sending your full trading address and practitioner diploma (health professionals).
Ordering
All wholesale orders are taken over the phone or via Email. The usual minimum order is 6 units of a single product.
Payment:
You can pay by credit card (Master Card or Visa), cheque or bank transfer.
Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail “Signed For”. Please allow for customs delays, fees and charges and we advise that you contact your local postal office or customs office regarding their regulations before ordering. We are a UK company and all orders are shipped from the UK. Any orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as other fees associated with the return.
Wholesale orders are subject to the same shipping policies as other orders.
Wholesale Returns and Refunds
In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer's defect. However, in some cases we will accept returns within 30 days. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees if not defective as well as returned shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
