Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day by Royal Mail first class post and can arrive within 24 hours at UK mainland destinations. However, please allow 2-3 days for delivery caused by exceptionally high order volumes.

For outlying areas in the UK, destinations in Europe, Canada and the USA please allow between 3-5 days for delivery.

Orders for all other destinations may take longer than 5 days to arrive.

Carriage fees

UK and Europe:

- orders less than £35 incur a charge of £2.75

- orders of £35 and over (up to 500g in weight) incur no charge

Canada, USA and rest of world:

- orders weighing up to 500g in weight incur a charge of £5

- orders weighing 500-1,000g, incur a charge of £10
