Simply Vital represents the state of whole health achieved when body, mind and emotions are fully functioning and fully integrated with one another.  In this state our life force can flow unhindered, we can access our true nature and fulfil our potential as human beings!

The company was founded on this philosophy by Janice Wilson, who after studying Pharmacy and Medicine at University, and having a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, concluded that the conventional practice of medicine ignores the real causes of the vast majority of illnesses, and therefore misses the opportunity to offer true healing.

Factors such as poor nourishment, negative thoughts and attitudes, repressed feelings or a combination of these lies at the root of most pathologies, rather than just our genes. Indeed, recent research has verified that the mere presence of a particular gene does not determine a particular outcome, but rather it is the "expresssion" of that gene that is key and this is determined by the internal environment within and around our DNA.

Wanting to help and empower people towards achieving whole health, towards becoming simply vital, and to offer support to fellow health professionals seeking to adopt a more integrated approach to the practice of medicine, Janice established Simply Vital Ltd.  

Our mission is to translate this enlightened philosophy into action and provide products and services, which deliver exceptional results.
